Isolation :
   Isolated by the Imai and co-workers in 1987 from a bioactive  filtrate Streptomyces griseoflavus
Bioactivity:
(+)-okilactomycin exhibits in vitro cytotoxicity against the human cell lines P388 (IC50 =0.09μg/mL)and lymphoid leukemia L1210(IC50 =0.037μg/mL)
